Small claims is an efficient way to obtain a judicial order in claims where you are not wanting to collect more than $6,000.00. Small claims is the most efficient way to obtain a judicial order. You can file any case in small claims court from assault and battery, personal injury, breach of contract and evictions.

- File a Return of Process.

What is self-help?
We, at the Thomas Law Firm, believe that each and every citizen of this nation has the right and ability to prosecute their own civil action in small claims court with some basic instruction on the applicable procedures.
