No doubt American Citizens have come to believe that the individual with the greatest funds receives the greater results while maneuvering through the American legal system. Gone are those days forever. Thomas Law Firm, PLLC provides all of our Clients with competent and aggressive representation regardless of their economic stature. The total fees attorney charge depend on a number of factors including the Attorney himself, administrative tasks, the specific issues presented by your case and the actual time your case requires. There is no secret that some attorneys charge $5,000.00 retainers, $500.00 per hour and for a 2 minute telephone conversation just for the client to hear “Nothings happing right know.”
Thomas Law Firm, PLLC has gone to great lengths to end the idea that the only affordable attorney is a lazy attorney. Below you will see that we are dedicated to keeping attorney fees to a minimum.
FLAT Fees
(All fees are subject to expenses)
- Self Help Programs - $250.00 for up to 2 hours.
- No Refunds.
Retainer
A Retainer is an advanced payment of legal fees. This advanced payment will be placed in the law firm’s client/trust account and billed against as earned. The amount of the Retainer is always negotiable at the Thomas Law Firm, which we feel is necessary to stay consistent with our beliefs that all people should have access to competent and affordable legal representation. (All fees are subject to expenses)

- $500.00 Minimum Retainer
Hourly Fee
(All fees are subject to expenses)
- Attorney Appellate Time $300.00 per hour
- Attorney Court Time $250.00 per hour
- Attorney Non-Court time $200.00 per hour
- Legal Assistant Time $115.00 per hour
Exemptions
Thomas Law Firm, PLLC’s clients enjoy the right to talk to their Attorney, on the phone or in person, without charge. Unfortunately this right is not absolute, we must protect all our clients from those who need more personalized attention. (The Talkers). But for the most part talking is free / You trusted us, you hired us, we will not charge you to talk.
Contingency Fee
We have all heard – “If you don’t get paid we don’t get paid” Thomas Law Firm, PLLC does it the same way. We just do it cheaper.
